Women’s History Month, each October, is an opportunity forCanadians to recognize and celebrate women: those who helped shaped our country yet whose contributions often go unnoticed. A helpful timeline of women's rights in Canada is available on the Government of Canada website and a ‘Women of Impact’ gallery is a great resource for classes to explore the contributions of Canadian women in all areas of Canadian life.
