Quote of the Day

"Established for the exclusive benefit of Palestinian refugees, UNRWA has, instead of resolving the problem, done everything in its power to perpetuate it. Instead of peace and coexistence, it teaches hatred and incitement. Instead of fighting terrorist organizations, it collaborates with them."

FSWC Calls for Revocation of Myanmar Leader's Honorary Canadian Citizenship

FSWC is calling on the Canadian government to revoke Myanmar leader Aung San Suu Kyi’s honorary citizenship for her country’s crimes against humanity. “If Canada is truly against the human rights abuses that have taken place against Rohingya families, it must recognize that Suu Kyi does not belong to the country’s exclusive group of honorary citizens who have made positive contributions to humanity and stood up for human rights,” said FSWC President and CEO Avi Benlolo.

How Antisemitism in Britain Is Rooted in the Second World War

Archive papers recently released show that Winston Churchill’s bastion of propaganda and censorship during the Second World War allowed British prejudice towards Jews to grow relentlessly. Despite the British government's knowledge of rising antisemitism, authorities ignored the problem, and when confronted by reports of rising prejudice, officials decided that Jews themselves were to blame.

UNRWA Is Not the Solution: Ron Prosor

Former Israeli ambassador to the UN Ron Prosor discusses the UN agency for Palestinian refugees as the US plans to cut funding, calling it the problem, not the solution, to the refugee situation. FSWC Appeal Regarding the United Nations

From the UN Human Rights Council’s ongoing targeting of Israel, to the UN Relief and Works Agency’s (UNRWA) schools in the Palestinian territories lauding terrorists and refusing to acknowledge the Jewish State’s existence, to the UN Security Council failing to condemn Hamas terrorism, we are facing a steep, uphill battle to defend Israel and the Jewish people on the world’s most important stage.

For over two decades, the Wiesenthal Center has been using its high-level access to combat anti-Jewish bias at these agencies. FSWC has pledged to continue to advocate for Israel, defend the Jewish State from unfair attacks, and speak out on behalf of the Jewish people worldwide.

The city council of Sagunto voted to withdraw a motion passed on June 26 this year that similarly endorsed BDS. The decisions came after Spanish pro-Israel group ACOM warned the resolutions were discriminatory..
