Australia Said Probing UNRWA Over Textbooks Glorifying Terror Against Israel

Australia is reportedly investigating after a report revealed educational materials produced by UNRWA and distributed to Palestinian children contained incitement to violence and hatred.

FSWC has called on the Canadian government, through conversations with the Minister of International Development's office and several MPs, to freeze all payments to UNRWA.

Deportation Hearing for Former Nazi Death Squad Member Scheduled for February

The deportation hearing for former Nazi death squad member Helmut Oberlander is scheduled for next month. Most recently, Oberlander's appeal to remain in Canada was rejected by the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada, bringing him one step closer to deportation.

Two men charged in 2019 with wilfully promoting hate - after antisemitic messages and flyers were found in Burlington - were recently convicted and received a six-month conditional sentence and two years probation.
