Former Dean Returns Honorary Degree to U of T in Protest Over Anti-Israel Encampment

Anti-Israel Activity on College Campuses Up ‘Staggering’ 477 Percent: ADL Report

Anti-Israel activity on college campuses has reached crisis levels in the 11 months since Hamas’ Oct. 7 massacre across southern Israel, according to a new report the Anti-Defamation League (ADL) issued on Monday. The report revealed a "staggering" 477 per cent increase in anti-Zionist activity involving assault, vandalism and other phenomena, with 10 campuses accounting for 16 per cent of all incidents tracked by ADL researchers.

UN Votes 124-14 to Strip Israel of Right to Self-Defence in Gaza, West Bank

The United Nations General Assembly on Wednesday voted 124-14 to strip Israel of the right to self-defence against Palestinian terrorism in the West Bank, Gaza Strip and east Jerusalem. The text does not mention Hamas, the October 7 invasion of Israel, or the remaining 101 hostages in Gaza. It makes no requirements of Hamas or the Palestinians with regard to attacks on Israel.

Canadian Ambassador to the UN Bob Rae blasted the resolution, despite Canada's abstention, stating, "Canada cannot support a resolution where one party, the State of Israel, is held solely responsible for the conflict."

Holocaust Survivor Throws First Pitch at Blue Jays Game
